The FinLab Toolkit

The FinLab Toolkit was created to champion strategic and user-centered innovation in the financial inclusion space. This collection of tools aims to provide support to the various strategic and design needs of innovators, service providers and advocates active in the financial inclusion space.

How To Use The Toolkit

Each tool in The FinLab Toolkit will have a dedicated page, where you will see the following elements below, or a few of them, depending on the tool. The tools are colour-coded, depending on the phase of the tool for easier navigation through the toolkit. The phases are: Strategy Innovation and Impact, Human Centered Design, Behaviours Design, and Network Building. Each tool will also have the Tool or Facilitation Deck available for download, or both in some cases.
